Politicians Speak A Different Language Than Voters

Politicians and pollsters throw around words assuming that every day Americans know what they’re talking about. In reality, many political terms are not recognized by most voters.

This represents a massive failure of leadership for failing to communicate clearly.

These Napolitan News Service surveys of 1,000 Registered Voters were conducted online by Scott Rasmussen. See Crosstabs for dates. Field work for the surveys was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. and have a margin of error of +/- 3.1.
