53% of Elites Think the Government Should Censor Social Media

In the final few weeks of the election, a majority of Americans are concerned about the government censoring social media. Just 16% of voters believe that the government should have the ability to censor social media. In stark comparison, 53% of the politically obsessed Elite 1% believe the government should be allowed to censor social media.

This is just another way for those who already control major societal institutions to control the narrative to fit their agenda. That agenda is broadly rejected by the American people.

The RMG Research survey of the Elite 1% was performed April 23-28, 2024 for the Napolitan Institute. To request the full report, please visit theeliteonepercent.org.
