19% see Labor Day as Most Important Holiday

19% of voters see Labor day as one of our nation’s the most important holidays while another 19% see it among the least important. Most (60%) see it as somewhere in between.

29% of voters said they will do something special to celebrate Labor Day, but most (58%) will not. Voters between the ages of 18-34 are most active (37%) in celebrating Labor Day. Only 18% of those aged over 65 are doing anything special to celebrate Labor Day.

This Napolitan News Service survey of 1,000 Registered Voters was conducted online by Scott Rasmussen on August 26-27, 2024. Field work for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc.
