51% of Federal Government Managers believe Americans have too much individual freedom. The Napolitan Institute survey, conducted by RMG Research, of 500 government managers was performed in May 2024 as part of the Elite 1% project. Members of the Elite 1% aren’t far behind with 47% believing that Americans have too much individual freedom.
