The Napolitan Institute – a nonprofit dedicated to lifting up the voice of the American people – is launching a transformative partnership with Jigsaw, a tech incubator within Google. This collaboration aims to elevate the voice of everyday Americans and foster a deeper understanding of their views, resulting in a richer national dialogue as the country looks to its next quarter-millennium.

John Adams once envisioned the approval of the Declaration of Independence on July 2, 1776, as “the most memorable Epocha, in the History of America.” Today, Adam’s vision has proven true, even if the date we celebrate shifted to July 4. While the Declaration of Independence was forged by a brilliant few, its enduring power comes from the collective voices, values, and visions of the American people. This new partnership celebrates a nation built on conversation, creating a powerful new platform for those voices to be heard and considered on a national scale.

This year-long, nationwide initiative will engage individuals from every congressional district to participate in a series of conversations, providing a unique opportunity to express personal values and interact with the views of fellow Americans. Using Google’s advanced AI, these conversations will allow participants across the country to freely express, in their own words, their opinions on the nation’s founding ideals, the most urgent issues of today, and where America is headed next.

After expressing their own views, they’ll hear and respond to the views of other participants, enabling a deeper and more nuanced understanding of Americans’ beliefs on these essential topics. The initiative will culminate in July 2026, coinciding with the nation’s 250th celebration, offering a moment amidst the fireworks and festivities to honor the voices of everyday Americans that continue to shape our nation.
